How this fits together. These General Terms apply to every Quixoverse Limited service. Each product adds a Service Schedule for what is specific to it. Where a Schedule conflicts with these General Terms, the Schedule wins for that product. The Privacy Notice and each product's Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
Quixoverse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14613073. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Quixoverse Limited. "You" means the person using the service.
Contact: [email protected]. We are also required to give you an electronic contact address, and that is it.
We operate: Quixoverse (the programme, the member app and the Quixo connector), Wonday and Youvment. Lingobelle is operated by a different company, Lingobelle Limited, under its own terms.
These Terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account or using a service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
They incorporate, and you also agree to: the Service Schedule for the product you use; the Community Guidelines for that product; and the Privacy Notice. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited.
We may ask you to verify your age or identity where the law requires it, and may refuse or close an account where we cannot.
We provide access to the service described in the relevant Service Schedule, for as long as your account or membership is active. We may add, change, or remove features as a product develops.
What we do not promise, and you should read this properly:
None of this limits our duty to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, or any other statutory right you have that cannot be excluded.
You keep ownership of everything you create and post ("your content").
So that the service can work, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to host, store, copy, transmit, adapt for technical purposes (including formatting, transcoding and captioning), translate, and display your content solely in order to operate, secure and improve the service, and to the extent needed to comply with the law.
The Community Guidelines for each product set out what is and is not allowed, and they are part of this contract. In addition, you must not:
Off-platform conduct. Where someone's behaviour towards another member happens away from our service, we may still act on it if it makes our service unsafe.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We moderate the content people post, we act on reports, and we will remove objectionable content and terminate the accounts of abusive users. You can report anything you see from inside the app, you can block anyone, and you can delete your own content and your account yourself. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
Some services use AI, including services provided by third parties.
This applies to Quixoverse and is set out fully in the Quixoverse Schedule. In summary: what you build is yours, we do not take it away, and revoking your access never reaches anything already built. In return, when you operate that thing for other people, you are the provider of that service and the controller of their data, not us. We are not your processor and we are not responsible for your compliance.
Any template legal documents we give you are starting points, not legal advice. Have your own solicitor review them before you launch. We are not responsible for what happens if you publish them unchanged.
We own the services, our software, our brands and our materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you, and you may not copy, resell or sublicense it except where a Service Schedule says so.
You may not use our names or logos without permission, except to refer to us factually.
If you believe something on our service infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that your notice is accurate. We will remove or disable infringing material and may close repeat infringers' accounts.
Where a service is paid, the price, what it includes and the billing cycle are shown before you buy.
Except as these Terms expressly say, and to the extent the law allows, our services are provided as is and as available, and we exclude all implied terms, conditions and warranties.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, online or offline, including anything that happens if you choose to meet someone in person, communicate with them away from our service, or send them money. Where a service gives safety guidance, please follow it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded; breach of data-protection law; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that:
If you use the service for business purposes, these limits apply in full. If you are a consumer, they apply only so far as the law permits.
If you use a service to operate something for other people, or you post content you did not have the right to post, you will cover us for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or complaints from the people you serve. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and not settle it without talking to you.
This does not apply to consumers in respect of ordinary personal use of the service.
We may change a service, and we may change these Terms — for example to reflect a change in the law, a new feature, or a change in what a service costs. Where a change is material and affects you, we will give you reasonable notice, by email or in the service, before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may cancel. We will not change these Terms retrospectively.
Our services use third parties, and some are distributed through app stores. Their terms apply to their part, and we are not responsible for them. Where an app store's rules conflict with these Terms in relation to something the store controls, the store's rules apply to that.
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Notice. Quixoverse Limited is the controller for Quixoverse, Wonday, Youvment and our mailing lists.
Complaints first, please. Email us at [email protected]. We would rather put something right than argue about it. If you are unhappy about how we have handled personal data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not take anything away from you. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. Nothing here requires a consumer to arbitrate, or waives any right to bring a claim, where the law does not allow that.

Wonday is a product of Quixoverse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14613073), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: [email protected].
These terms come in two parts: the General Terms, which apply to everything Quixoverse Limited does, and the Wonday Schedule below, which covers what is specific to Wonday. Where the two differ, the Wonday Schedule applies to Wonday.
Version 1.0 · 9 October 2026
Built from wonday/PRIVACY-MODEL.md, the single source of truth, written from the schema on 2026-10-06. If this Schedule and that document ever disagree, that document is right and this one is wrong.
Wonday is a place to record where you have been, where you are, where you are going, and what it means to you, and to keep track of it day by day. Most of it is yours alone. What you choose to share, you share deliberately.
Wonday is a tool for noticing and recording. It is not therapy, not coaching, not medical or psychological treatment, and not a substitute for any of them. We make no claim that using it improves any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a professional — your GP, or a service like Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK, free, at any hour.
Start here, because it is the longest list and the most important one. None of the following can be seen by anyone but you. Not by people you connect with, not when your account is public, not by us for any purpose beyond storing it. This is enforced by how the system is built — the parts that share things cannot reach any of it — rather than by a policy we are asking you to trust:
We will not change this. If we ever needed to, we would tell you first and you could take your data and go.
| | What it does | |---|---| | Public or Private | One switch. Public means you are in the world. Private means solo. | | Follow | You subscribe to someone's public climb. One-way and silent — they never learn you follow them, and it gives you nothing beyond what was already public. | | Connect | Mutual, both sides accept. Unlocks direct messages, their big Why, and their private-born days from the date you connected onward. | | Reveal past | Off by default. Your choice to show the *content* of your past private days on your trail. |
When you are public, anyone signed in can see your profile and your days: what you set out to do, your morning and evening clips, your one line of evidence, and whether you won or found it hard. Not your deep reflection — see W2.
Connecting never exposes the days that came before you connected. For somebody public, connecting adds messages and the Why. For somebody private, it is the only way a chosen few see their forward days at all.
Anyone looking at your profile sees your trail — how long and how consistently you have climbed.
Private days appear there as locked markers: the date, and nothing else. A viewer sees the shape of your climb and never the contents.
Turning on "reveal past" is the only way past private content is ever surfaced, and it is always your explicit choice.
Blocking is mutual invisibility. If either of you blocks the other, neither sees the other's posts, comments or profile. It does not matter who blocked whom.
Reports are kept, separately from everything above, because safety records have to outlast the moment.
If you meet someone you met through Wonday: somewhere public, tell someone where you are going, go at your own pace, leave if it feels wrong.
We do not check who anybody is. No identity checks, no background checks. We cannot vouch for anyone and we would rather say so. We are not responsible for what happens away from the app.
Nothing in Wonday is medical or fitness advice. If what you decide to do touches your health, ask a doctor, and never delay medical advice because of something you read here.
Wonday offers an optional stock-photo search so you can choose an image without using your own. Those images come from a third party under their licence. Use them on your own pages; do not treat them as yours, and do not use them so as to suggest a person in a photograph endorses you or shares your situation.
As built, Wonday is sold through the app stores. Apple or Google is the merchant for an in-app purchase, they take the payment, and their refund rules apply — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
Through an app store: Apple or Google is the merchant, their rules govern billing, renewals and refunds, you manage or cancel in your store account, and deleting the app does not cancel it.
On the web: we take payment through our payment provider, the price and what it includes are shown before you buy, and your 14-day right to cancel applies with the immediate-access waiver.
Delete your account in the app. Your identity and everything that was yours alone is erased — including the Lockbox. Two things remain, and we would rather say so than let you find out:
