Sound familiar?

You've been saying one day for years.

One day I'll get fit. One day I'll start the business. One day I'll back myself. Then another year goes by, and one day is still one day.

Your one day

What's yours?

Pick it, put a picture to it, and Wonday puts it in front of you every morning.

Why one day never comes

Wanting it was never the problem.

You wait until you feel ready, and the feeling never comes. You start, then life gets busy and it slips. The voice in your head asks who you think you are. And when nobody notices you've stopped, it's easy to stay stopped.

Wonday is built around all four. You act before you feel ready, one small step a day. You answer back the voice. You watch your progress add up. And people on the same climb notice, and cheer you on.

Your vision board

A vision board you can climb.

The life you want sits at the top of your mountain. Every day you show up, you climb a step closer to it, and you can see exactly how far you've come.

How it works

Two minutes in the morning. Two at night.

And one brave step in between. Keep it private, or share it with people on the same climb.

Every morning

Decide who you're being today.

Ask how the future you would act, then pick one step you'd normally put off. Say it to camera, write it down, or keep it to yourself.

Open the day
During the day

People on the same climb cheer you on.

Share your step if you want to. Others taking theirs see it, cheer it, and you cheer them back. Or keep the whole thing private.

Every night

Was it a Wonday?

Close the day on the win and the wonderful: what you did, and what made it a good day. Then leave a message for tomorrow and go to sleep.

When the doubt shows up

Answer back the voice that says you can't.

Write down what it said. Write down your answer. Then trash it and carry on climbing.

Your climb

Every day you close is a step up the mountain.

Your trail grows with every day you show up. On the hard days, look back down and see how far you've come.

Your trail
Your proof

A sky full of wins.

Every win, and every doubt you answered, becomes a star. Proof you're changing, kept forever.

Who you're becoming

Name the future you, and level up.

Give the person you're becoming a name. As the days add up, you level up, and your climb becomes your story.

Your story
The Wonday Method

Built on how people really change.

The daily loop comes from behavioural science: the research on identity, self-belief and habit. Six steps: three are who you're becoming, three are the day you live.

Who you're becoming
01Big Future

The life you want, as a picture and a date.

The scienceSpecific, vivid goals are the ones people act on.
02Big You

The person who lives that life. You give them a name.

The scienceFeeling connected to your future self changes what you do today.
03Big Why

The reason that keeps you going when it gets hard.

The scienceMotivation that comes from what matters to you lasts longer.
The day you live
04Open the day

Decide who you're being today, and your one brave step.

The scienceDeciding exactly what you'll do makes you far more likely to do it.
05Live the day

Act like that person before you feel like them, and answer back the doubt.

The scienceNaming a negative thought and answering it loosens its grip.
06Close the day

Bank the win and the wonderful. Was it a Wonday?

The scienceSeeing your own small wins is how real self-belief is built.

Why I built it

I'm Ryan. I'm going first.

I'm a dad of three, and I spent years saying one day. So I built the thing I needed. For the next 30 days I'm using it in public: the wobbles, the wins and the bits with the kids.
